Earlier in the year ESCAP in association with the Austrian Society of Child and Adolesecent Psychiatry and their generous donators were offering 10 scholarships to be awarded to attendees of the ESCAP congress in Vienna. Applicants had to be doctors-in-training for child and adolescent psychiatry, less than 40 years of age, and a resident of one of the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania,  Belorussia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic. 

The organisers have selected not only 10 but 12 attendees to receive the 1000€ (including registration fees) award.
